the story of buckminster fuller is a wild one, and i love it. i was particularly fascinated by his Dymaxion Chronofile (pictured above) in which he documented his life in excruciating detail. for my final project, i want to explore this idea of documenting and collectivizing my life, but admittedly in a more creative and interesting way than fuller. it was during this search for a more dynamic way to go about my project that i remembered the work of bodys isek kingeles (pictured below) and how i thought he could be a valuable informant to my concentration of art direction and production design. this led to where i am at now with my final project: i want to create a collection/city made up of places and spaces that have been important to me and have shaped my life up until now. i have not yet decided if i want to do this in blender, make a physical model like kingeles, or do a combination of the two.
